Pledges will be designated to “The Teddy Fund,” established to support Animal Protection of New Mexico’s program that underwrites the cost of animal control officers to attend training through the
National Animal Control Association. In six years, APNM has underwritten over $75,000 in training scholarships and stipends for law enforcement officers across New Mexico.
The mission of the National Animal Control Association is to define and promote professionalism in the animal protection care and humane law enforcement field by providing quality services, education, training, and support.

National Association Control Association (NACA) classes designed to provide Animal Control Officers with the knowledge and tools they need to be the best they can be.
