The APNM Foundation was created in December 2001, and is operated
exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and
to carry out the purposes of Animal Protection of New Mexico, Inc.
(APNM). The APNM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization,
as designated by the Internal Revenue Service, with a Federal Tax
Exempt ID #26-0042048. APNM Foundation is a non-profit corporation
registered in New Mexico. It is not a member organization, but exists
solely to support APNM.
The APNM Foundation gratefully accepts gifts from donors who would
like to support the mission of Animal
Protection of New Mexico, Inc. (APNM). Contributions are tax deductible
to the extent provided by law. Gifts may be unrestricted, and therefore
subject to immediate use, or designated as permanently-restricted,
and as such would contribute to a long-term endowment. Gifts of
stock, bequests and other planned
gifts are welcome and appreciated.
